​The sound and vibrations emitted by the singing bowls entrain your own energy to a higher, more healthier frequency at a cellular level helping to bring the body back to its natural vibratory state of health and wellness. Water is a great conductor for sound vibration and our bodies are made up of 70% water. When vibrations travel through the body, they promote circulation, energy flow, rejuvenation and restoration of the body on a physical, mental and emotional level & bring the body back into its natural vibratory state of ease and harmony.

Sound healing is also a deeply meditative practice which calms the mind and alters your brainwaves from busy Beta to a more relaxed Alpha state and even into Theta state which is where your can experience healing from negative habits and beliefs, gain deepened clarity, enhance creativity and realise expanded states of consciousness.
