Soul Sessions Courses

I just wanted to let you know that I am loving the course so much. It has been so informative and is giving me such a good theoretical background to so many wellness practices that I have benefited from over the years, which I am now beginning to understand on a much deeper level, and has introduced me to new modalities that have been so beneficial to include in my daily practices. It makes me so excited to think that I will be able to help others with these skills soon! You really have put together an incredible learning experience, and your love and knowledge for these subjects comes through so beautifully in the videos and course work

I have completed my Sound Healing and Sacred Ceremonies course with Lauren. It has been an amazing experience! The course takes you on a journey within yourself, empowers you to hold space for others  with integrity and helps to understand the fundamentals of music theory . The course has taught me so much and I feel ready to start my journey as a sound practitioner and hold space for others. I also purchased beautiful high quality quartz crystal singing bowls from Lauren, I love them and can't wait to help others with these magical instruments.  Lauren is amazing and continues to provide support if I need any help or advice, I really appreciate that. Highly recommend this course. Thanks so much Lauren!  Lots of love, Naz

I have done Lauren's sound healing course and ordered my bowls through her, The course is so well paced out and extremely thorough. She helped me in deciding which bowls were right for me with such care and patience. Once they were ordered she kept me updated every week and even though there were some hiccups at customs and the delivery none to her fault she handled it so well and kept me informed throughout the process. I am now loving playing my bowls. Excellent teacher and service provider.

Adding the beauty and power of sound and frequency to my life has always been a dream, and Lauren at Soul_Sounds turned that dream into reality. The entire journey, from my initial curiosity to exploring and finally purchasing the perfect bowls, was seamless and fulfilling. Lauren guided me in finding the bowls that truly resonated with me and facilitated the whole process effortlessly from start to finish. Her course provided the perfect introduction and gave me the confidence I needed to get started on my own sound journey. This experience has been transformative, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who feels called to add this magical modality to their lives. Thank you, Lauren and Soul_Sounds, for such an incredible experience!
